Giving You the Best Experience

You can help make your visit to STUDIO J a true delight by following our simple policies.

Cancellations: We work by appointment and reserve the time for you and you only. We understand that at times scheduling adjustments must be made. We ask that you give us at least a 48 hr. notice before canceling to avoid a cancellation fee. No show appointments cost our talented staff money. Guests who no show may be asked to reserve future appointments with a credit card. Please try to arrive on time. Guests more than 15 min. late may be asked to reschedule. Please note that as a courtesy, late appointments will end at the scheduled appointment time.

Children: We are a family friendly salon, however a salon is not a safe place for unsupervised little ones. We ask that children 4 and under are supervised at all times by an adult not receiving service. This ensures a peaceful environment for all of our guests.

Gift certificates: Gift certificates can be purchased at the salon for up to a year after date of purchase.

Returns: Products used no more then 50% can be exchanged or refunded at full value. Tools found defective may be exchanged with a like item within 15 days of purchase with receipt. Any defect found after 15 days will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

Service Policy: Our goal is 100% satisfaction. Sometimes, despite our best efforts, it is not achievable. We try our best to never let our clients leave the salon unhappy, however we honor a 7 day, no nonsense re-do policy. Note that color correction is NEVER covered under this policy because it is never a single process solution.
